Bambillow Review

We Americans are always in search of something that will give us more peace and more pleasure. The perfect sleep is the most important goal for most of us. We hope that if we sleep to the fullest extent we will wake up to the fullest and face the challenges of life more efficiently and that is why we are so obsessed with these pillows and we are never satisfied with them. These new pillows promise us to achieve that elusive goal of perfect sleep.

Bambillo is an unique and new product in the As Seen On TV segment, there is a similar pillow from Ontel Corporation – Miracle Bamboo Pillow. TriStar Products LLC is the official distributor of the “Bambillo Pillow”. We have a comparison of Bambillo and Miracle Bamboo Pillow here

The Bambillo seems to be a CHEAP alternative to other expensive Bamboo Pillows available online, we have gone through most of them and found that the these other Bamboo Pillows are priced above $50 whereas the Bambillo is priced at $23 each (including S/h). At this price the Bambillo offer is very luring but you need to consider the quality factor before buying this pillow, given the fact that the Bambillo comes from a Company that is NOT KNOWN for quality products. Here are some of the disadvantages you need to consider before buying the Bambillo pillow:

Disadvantages of Bambillo Pillow

  • “Made from Bamboo” is rather misleading. Bambillo Pillow cover is made from Viscose which is a synthetic material heavily treated with chemicals. The claim that the Bambillo cover is made from NATURAL bamboo is somewhat misleading, though it is true that Viscose is made from bamboo pulp, it is not sure how much of the original properties of bamboo are still inherited by the synthetic Viscose material.
  • The Bambillo’s claim that it adjusts 8 ways sounds farfetched.
  • Not machine washable?? – There are no instructions on the official website about how to wash the pillow. It looks very absurd and stupid that they don’t have instructions about washing the pillow
  • Not made in the USA. The fact that they don’t mention where the Bambillo pillow is made attests the fact that it is not made in the USA.
  • The Bambillo Pillow will loose its strength if it gets wet and it may shrink in size
  • The pillow you would receive may not be of the same size and shape they show in the TV. The Bambillo appears bigger and fluffier in the TV. Note that they don’t mention the dimensions of the Bambillo pillow anywhere in the video or website (, this is either a serious error or they don’t want the viewers to know the actual size until they receive the pillow.
  • Bambillo Pillow may be easily damaged by scraping and will pill on the surface of the cloth.
  • Bamboo pillows like Bambillo are very malleable and most people may find it uncomfortable to sleep on.
  • Some people may find Bambillo too stiff and firm.
  • Bambillo pillow seems to be heavier than most other pillows. It is highly unprofessional that the marketeer does not mention the weight of the pillow.
  • The pillow may loose its firmness after a few months and become flat and lifeless.
  • MANUFACTURER’S SIXTY DAY LIMITED WARRANTY is a big joke. Other brands of Bamboo Pillow offer 3 to 5 years of warranty.
  • This Bambillo pillow may smell bad.
  • Good for side sleepers, but may not be very suited for stomach and back sleepers.
  • Even though bamboo pillows are often advertised to be antibacterial, in reality finished bamboo goods like Bambillo pillow do not retain all of bamboo’s original antibacterial property – it just seems to be a marketing ploy.

Should you buy the Bambillo

The only value the Bambillo Pillow offers is its low price, the Bambillo reviews are not too good. Not to mention there are the other woes associated with the Infomercial products – backorders, unfriendly customer service, exorbitant s/h charges etc. As mentioned earlier there are several bamboo pillows available online and most of them have 4+ ratings. It would be wise to buy a tried and tested bamboo pillow then buying this Bambillo. One such alternative to Bambillo is Bamboo Coop, it has 4.5 ratings at Amazon and over 900 reviews and costs around $60. We suggest buying the Bamboo Coop or other branded Bamboo Pillow from reliable retailers like, Bed Bath and Beyond, Walmart etc…

Now a pillow is such a thing that cannot deliver the same results to everybody. Even if you had the best designed pillow there will always be mixed reviews about it, A lot depends upon the users body structure, weight his sleeping habits etc.. etc. So don’t get carried away with the 5-star ratings about these pillows.

Bambillo Features and Benefits Claimed by the Company

Get goodnight sleep – Bambillo Memory Foam Pillow is a patent-designed pillow made from bamboos that claims to put an end to your problem of tossing and turning in your bed practically throughout all night because your pillow is uncomfortable. Many people wake up in the morning with stiff neck and shoulders and really grumpy. But it’s not really waking up on the wrong side of the bed to blame but your pillow. If you are desperate to get sound sleep but cannot and wake up sore, then Bambillo promises to bring you great sleep at night.

Supports your head, neck and shoulder – If your head, neck and shoulders are poorly supported when you sleep, it can have a damaging impact on your health and daily life because of lack of sound sleep. Traditional pillows stretch and compress your nerves to leave you feeling achy, numb, and sore all day. But Bambillo Memory Foam Pillow convinces to correct this problem by giving a great level of support and reducing pressure on the tender nerves of your head to alleviate all kinds of problems caused by lack of sleep.

With its natural bamboo fibers that allow the heat to escape naturally through the breathable fabric, Bambillo Memory Foam Pillow proclaims to be soft, comfortable and cool to sleep on so that you wake up refreshed and rejuvenated in the morning.

Since Bambillo Pillow is made from natural components of bamboo it provides guaranteed relief to allergy sufferers by eliminating any kind of fungus or a bacterium that can cause allergic symptoms. Bambillo Pillow is different from other fabrics which may even result in the person using it get watery eyes, sneezing, scratching, bumps and other irritable symptoms. The Bambillo Pillow fabric is also efficient in destroying harmful dust mites, mould, dust, bacteria and such microscopic agents that can further cause allergies. Also the fabric cools off due to its thermal feature and dries quickly during summer and regulates the warmth during summer. Feel wise Bambillo Pillow is extremely luxurious and softer than silk.

For people of all sizes and sleeping position – Bambillo Memory Foam Pillow alleges to be adjustable according to the form you take when you sleep whether it’s on your side, stomach or back. Everyone is of different shape and size and taking a standard pillow can bend your neck. But Bambillo Memory Foam Pillow assures to align your head, neck and shoulder naturally and proves to be custom-made for you. Cutting short of sleep rips away the body’s chance to repair muscles, consolidate memory and release of hormones that regulate health and appetite.

Bambillo Memory Foam Pillow states to help your body complete sleep in all the phases to let it carry the above parts so that you will be mentally and physically fresh to take the day head on. Unlike regular pillows Bambillo Memory Foam Pillow assures that it doesn’t wedge behind the head and push it up to hamper your breathing, neck tension and healthy sleeping.

  1. My husband and I bought the pillows, after seeing an online infomercial (the one with that little brunette pommy chick who talks non stop). We only wanted 2 pillows, but they told us we had to buy a package of 5 ! While the pillows were okay for a few months, they soon turned into horrible rocks ! It doesn’t matter how much we try to plump them up, they will not budge. I’ve never bought such a ridiculous and disappointing
product in my whole life. False advertising, big time ! They portrayed it as a big, soft yet supportive, plump pillow. It’s a vastly over priced, small piece of lumpy, rock hard shite !! It doesn’t deserve to be called a pillow. We went to k-mart instead, and got a great pillow for a lot less money.

  2. I am really fussy about my pillows as I suffer from neck and back pain. I decided to try memory foam pillow but was not prepared to pend a lot of money in case I didn’t like it. I bought a $25 memo foam pillow from Kmart. It has two height profiles, no smell and super comfortable (takes a few nights to soften). Best pillow I have purchased. My search is over !

Hi to all in these reviews, well all I can say, I’m so bloody pleased with myself for not buying a bbambillo queen electric massage bed, (the one advertised on tv) they also offer 2 pillows, I just saved myself over $7000:00 yep that right, 7 grand, they had 50% off so I would have paid $3800:00 still a lot of money. I do have health problems, back shoulders etc, I really feel for you all that had lost money on your purchases, I’m afraid I would take them ( the company) to the cleaners and made sure 60 minutes knew about it aswell, I would have sued the scammers for false advertising a scam took them for all I could. I don’t understand why someone didn’t do that.
I will definitely go elsewhere to buy my bed. Best to do your homework before you buy anything nowadays, especially if it’s from China. Good luck to you all

    • Well after all that bagging the TV Show 50% off Bambillo Bed What is the Best Bed and were did You Buy it from.
I would like to know as i have Back / Neck / Knee / Shoulder etc Problems and have Paid over $20,000 on Beds in the past 10 Years

      Would Really Like to Know

  4. The bamboo pillows from china will make you ill,
they are treated with chemicals that will cause you respiratory problems. Some contain sawdust and many only have 7% bamboo fibers. I know as i was ill for 8 months before i got rid of them. 2 days after they were gone i felt like a new person.
    buyer beware!!!!!

  5. I bought my pillow and topper 2weeks ago,buy 1 get 1 free, thats 2 pillows,$779,the smell made me sick so I put it outside for 3days,It was so warm and comfortable once I slept on it,I had the best sleep…I enjoyed lying on this topper, all of a sudden,I got a migraine,my mouth went dry,I quickly got off and came right straight away…I cant send it back as Ive put holes in the foam, does anyone no if there is an organic spray we can use to get rid of toxins,or is there any place we can send these lovely purchases to be defumed…I live in NZ,near Wellington, please help somebody, thank you…

    • Gale Grey here, I bought this deal,buy 1 get 1 free,and I pd for 2 pillows,altogether that cost $779,I don’t want to confuse you…

    • I don’t know if this will help but I used white vinegar with water on our car seat to take cats urine smell out of the seat when my cat was scared going to the vet. it smelled like vinegar for 2 months, then the smell was gone, no one would of ever known that the cat peed in the car.

I agreed with Christina and others, DON’T buy this product, you will regret…

  7. brought one late last year. From the first night I slept on it it,s been always,s soft and very comfortable. I have had no sore necks I always sleep,s fantastic.

    • The glowing testimonials are usually written by the promoters of the product! No-one can stop company employees from getting on here and writing good reviews.

I am by no mean a promoters of the product! for this company as paul may suggest.

I brought my mattress topper and pillows when they first came out in New Zealand. I was recovering from cancer and going through major reconstruction Surgeries. I couldn’t get comfortable enough to sleep a full nights sleep due to pain. since having my topper and pillows Four all up now and kids have 2. I can actually sleep well at night. My children and I suffer from asthma and hay fever and these have not made these any worse. I found no strange smells and I like the fact that i can take the covers off and clean them regularly. the only trouble was the are bigger than normal pillows of today so hard to get pillow cases for them. So I just made som

    Pillows absolutely rubbish.

  9. This is the best pillow I have ever had! I take one away with me flattened to fit in the suitcase, I have one at our holiday home and one at my daughters place interstate and a spare one on the spare bed – love it! It needs to be shaken and plumped up every night or it will go hard and you can shape it to fit your sleeping position

  10. I bought the mattress topper and got 2 bonus pillows in some TV offer, worst decision I ever made.
The smell alone was enough to induce migraines that lasted over 4 days and required my kids to call doctors to the house several times.
If that wasn’t enough pain and suffering, I then ended up with a rash covering most my body and my face. Another trip to yet another doctor, an off-hand mention of buying said products, my doctor advised me to immediately remove the items and dispose of them.
I was then informed that these products contained polyurethane which is highly toxic and can cause serious allergic reactions in people.
Don’t waste your money, easier to buy a cheaper pillows and mattress protectors from Kmart that’s far more comfortable, doesn’t smell like toxic waste, and won’t induce migraines and cause rashes.

  11. Thank god I read reviews before buying these toxic waste lumps of garbage. Will be sticking to my Kmart Tontines …. Like sleeping on a cloud!

  12. Just brought a few bambillo pillows last Friday, slept on it that night,Its just like sleeping on a rock. Got a sore and stiff neck for 3 days and i had to go to the doctors.I ended up paying more money for going to the doctors and buying pain killers. They claim sleeping on it for a few days will make it softer but that did not happen in my case, it just made matters worse. I strongly recommend not to buy this, its a waste of money.

  14. We have had bambillo pillows for a year now, they stain the sheets and bed head a yellow colour which you cannot get out. Disappointing to hear about chemicals inside.

    • Rosetta Wardlaw | 17th August 2019 at 9:38 am | Reply

I have had mine for nearly 6 years and never experienced that do you take covers off and wash on a regular basis

  15. I have had a bambillo pillow for over 2 years it never smelt of anything and I have tried just about every pillow there is I love my pillow and cant sleep on any other pillow its never stained anything and I have sensitive skin and its never made me itchy its as good as new still I love my pillow

  16. Hi All.
If you read shannon’s post about what is inside the pillow it would make sense why everyone gets different reactions to the pillows. All memory foam is created with different chemicals, some more and less toxic, so if this company is just putting different off cuts into making the pillow its more like a lottery getting a decent pillow with less toxic foam inside. All in all its probable worth buying a product with a great review status and paying a bit more, or just buy a plank and sleep on it, this planet is filled with enough toxic fumes let alone sleeping with one for 6 to 10 hours a night less the a millimeter away. Anyway, I was intending on buying one, so thanks for the posts, its a no for me. 🙂

    • Rosetta Wardlaw | 17th August 2019 at 9:42 am | Reply

if this is so how come I have purchased 8 of them and not one of them have smelt bad or caused any reactions to myself or my children. I have had no complaint to the people that I’ve recommended them and they have purchased them. They must had had a bad batch at some stage as mine were brought at different times

  17. hello dear

I am from Papua New Guinea. am interest in buying the bambillo pillow .please help me how can I order it on line.whom can I contect

  18. Would really be concerned due to excessive odour
    Being an extremely common complaint
Being that this pillow is made in China you would want to be sure that the raw materials don’t have
Residual chemicals or pesticides in them

  19. I wanted to BUY THE BIMBO PILLOW, boy am i glad that i read the reviews first, as i really would be a BIMBO if i did buy it after reading the reviews, TO ALL YOU SUCKERS WHO GOT SUCKED IN AND RIPPED OFF, am i the ONLY SMARTONE ON PLANET EARTH, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING MADE IN CHINA IS RUBBISH, dont you know…..silly sheeple, planetx is coming to cleanse the earths sheeple from earth. Watching tv is a SCAM watch planetx, 2 suns in the sky, and start digging your hole in the ground to save your life, regards LE3

  20. Want to know about mattress topper.

  21. Ever since I made the first deposit of $49.98 for 30 days free trial, the carton of bamboo pillows arrived a few days later but when I slept on one, I was disappointed with it as it didn’t support my neck like it said it would as displayed on numerous occasions on their TV advertising which was deceiving. So, when I return these pillows, I will be requesting for a refund within the 30 days free trial period. My advice to everyone who is contemplating on trying the bambillo pillows is don’t waste your money on them!

  22. Poor quality (the zipper broke almost immediately), the foam inside is junk foam (mainly crumbs), and the pillow doesn’t mold to your head (it stays hard). But the worst thing if all are the toxic fumes (it’s no wonder so many reviewers said they got headaches). God only knows what cancerous fumes the pillows are off-gassing as they come from China. The five-star reviews must be from employees because they can’t be from anyone who actually tries to sleep on one of these “pillows”. DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING ONE.

  23. the worst pillow i ever sleeped on

  24. My husband and I purchased these via the tv advert. We have noticed that with not having a bed head our wallpaper is stained, along with the sheets – what is in these pillows. Yes they are comfortable but…

  25. Rang about the `Buy one get three free’ and this weekend get 4 free. It is quite clear in the ad on the net that this is a fact. Found that in fact the ad is a scam. You pay for the five by paying $239 for the whole lot. They say the pillows are $47 per pillow so the price should have been $47 – but no $239. Where are the free ones!!

  26. Cynthia Francis | 24th October 2015 at 12:58 am | Reply

Bought bambillo pillow in Australia from TV ad. Purchased buy 1 get 2 free…… I Should have known then it was a scam. I received the 3 pillows but am most disappointed with them. They are heavy, smelly, & uncomfortable. Since using them I have a greasy excretion in my hair and face which requires much product to clean my hair and face of the greasy excretion, now reading other reviews I believe the excretion to be a form of toxicity in my system. Have thrown them away in the rubbish. All they are padded with are lumps of foam and nothing more. Total rip off. More fool me.

  27. When me and my husband saw the advertisement, we immediately thought it was the answer but we were qrong! Good thing we know better. When we called.the toll number he wanted us to place an order first before knowing what the price was. How are we supposed to huy if we dnt know how much we are gonna spend and he’s asking our account details and all before telling the price. He even laughed!!

  28. this pillow is a total disappointment- haven’t even been able to sleep on it yet as its smells. Where is the bamboo? the pillow is just smelly foam. Hate to think why it smells. Not worth risking breathing it is all night- i get migraines from some smells- last thing i need is a headache over night from a fumey pillow.

  29. I live in Australia and these were on as seen on tv show.
    Buy 1 get 4 free, at a $200.00 price.

First one we opened had a yellow stain throughout the pillow, We called the suppliers and they were friendly enough to send a new one out. They said we could keep the pillow and do what we like with it.

So it says we cant wash it so curious to see what’s inside we cut one open and too shock we discovered the inside of these pillows contain off cuts of random colored and types of foam,

These pillows are false advertising as the inside looks like a foam junk yard. the original bomboo pillows by miracle claim to contain shredded memory foam which shows in the advertising video.

these bambillow pillow are a complete rip off of the miracle bamboo pillows and charge you realistically $200.00 for 1 pillow but get 3 free.

sad to say i’m very disappointed in these pillows for the price of them and contents inside. I could go down to clarke rubber and get off cuts of shredded foam and make my own pillows exactly the same for $10.00.

Don’t believe me find out for yourself and cut one open and look whats inside.

False advertising and we should all be entitled to a full refund and send these pillows back to were they belong.

    • If you would like photos ill be posting these online and showing everyone what pillows these truly are.

      • God. I get migraine too. I’m so glad I read these reviews. I wanted the bed topper too. Not now. Thanks. Can someone post a photo of inside. And does anyone know about the bed topper?

    • Thank you so much for your write up the pillows. We were pretty sure thats what it was. I come from a country that has a lot of different type of bamboos. !!!!!!

    • A Bambillo pillow can be hand washed as per instructions. Outer cover is machine washable.

    • Hi All.
If you read shannon’s post about what is inside the pillow it would make sense why everyone gets different reactions to the pillows. 30. I purchased one of these and realized the chemical smell was the familiar smell of isocyanate found in polyurethane products similar to those used in molding foams and it is very toxic. Needless to say I returned it after just having it in my flat for a short time made me feel nauseous. I would not recommend even having this toxic product in your house–let alone sleep on it!

  31. Enjoying sleeping on my Bambillo & not waking up with sore neck ever!

    • I too have a bamboo pillow which i purchased from Red Dot here in Australia. I left it outside for several days to air as it was a bit smelly, but since using it i have no complaints and find it quite comfortable. To each his own I suppose

I can’t believe that this pillow is not made in the USA. Surely, the greatest pillow in the world, the bamboo pillow, the bambillo would be made, in, THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. THE USA. It’s when pillows are made in other, NON-USA countries that AMERICANS lose jobs. WHY ISN’T THIS PILLOW MADE IN THE USA? USA USA USA USA

I purchased a Bambillo Pillow and brought it onto the holiday we are on.after taking the bambillo pillow out of the bag fluff it up and from the very 1st night I laid my head on the pillow I have had really good night sleep!!! I can mould this pillow any way I want it and it’s supported my shoulders and neck better then the many, many, other pillows that I have bought and used

  34. bambillo-review ..I ordered the special from the TV ad then realised that what they were quoting was up to $200.00 so I cancelled it andwas told that was okay. However, before I knew it the money had been taken from my card plus around $20.00 for postage and the pillows were on the way.I was then told that if I refused delivery they would be sent back and I would get a refund once they received them. This is currently ongoing

  35. Do you know that allergy sufferers can have severe problems with their breathing, asthma like symptoms after a few hours using memory foam pillows. I felt really terrible and found out that they contain polyurethane. The fumes are not good from you from this product. I won’t ever use memory foam anything ever again. I nearly had to go to emergency department in middle of the night.

So, I’m confused by the above section on antibacterial. “watery eyes, sneezing, scratching, bumps and other irritable symptoms”? I’m not sure if the above means you dont get these things or you possibly do, because my wife and I seem to be experiencing an allergic reaction of itchy spots and its only since we bought the bambillo pillows. So wondering if there’s a connection, if anyone else has experienced it. We’ll have to get rid of the pillows for a while to test it, but would like to hear others thoughts

    • I too am suffering with itchy spots where my face, neck and shoulders have been in contact with the pillow. Also my scalp has itchy spots. This has been since using the pillow. Coincidence?

I have developed itchy scalp, itchy facial skin and itchy spots around lower lips. My dermotologist has no answer. I have been using bambillo for the last 18 months. I suspect, there is some reaction due to the use of this pillow.

        • I am also having these reactions , woke up this morning and , one eye was half closed it was so swollen , my doctor is baffled , i never have reactions to anything normally .i am going to try ,sleeping without the pillow ..fingers crossed.

    • almost one month I am suffering with itchy throat and watery my nose. my life I never get any allergic reaction. I couldn’t even know why I am getting this reaction, this week I am going to see ENT specialist, suddenly click in my mind today, after I used the bamboo pillow only I get this reaction. I just started to search in the internet about bamboo pillow.
      thanks for your comments

      Hello Peter

Have just been told of the latest Consumer Report on these pillows by a friend, as my husband is experiencing itching and severe tingling around his neck, up the back of his head, plus the greasy guey scalp. He has been seen our GP, Physiotherapist and a Specialist, at great expense, and NOTHING has been able to account for his condition. He is almost 80, and although young for his age, has spent the last few months with no energy, no sleep at night, and sits all day in his lazyboy. What a life. It’s mid summer here and we cannot get away in our beautiful motorhome. Peter, did you have any tingling? We are in the Bay of Plenty, NZ, and at present it is very hot, being a cause of greater discomfort.

Bless U and look forward to your comments.

    • Lol so funny!

I guess all these other creatures have allergy problems to life lol!

  38. I would like to get. a cover for the bampillow as the cover is hard to clean

    • You can buy normal pillow cases from Bed Bath and Beyond in New Zealand that fit the Bambillo nicely. Love mine and have been sleeping on it for 12 months. Fluff it up every night and snuggle into it…can’t work out why people are saying it is hard, yes it is firmer than normal pillows but you soon get use to it.

I was stupid enough to purchase the bambillow pillow from an ad on tv,where you got 1 with 2 free on a 30 day guarantee. When I wanted to return these as they are certainly not what they say they are they don’t hold the shape as you sleep as said and have made my neck-ache and headaches even worse. I was given a $67 dollar refund and told that I can not return them with this deal,so sorry I give it more time to work as they don’t,they are a complete waste of money.

  40. Worst pillow I have ever used, stinks is lumpy and hard does not form to any particular shape, a total con, will throw it away, wouldn’t give such a sack of shit to anyone, I’d be embarrassed to sell it.

  41. I was given a Bambillo as a present. I have tried nearly every pillow on the market and I LOVE my bambillo. As a bad sleeper at the best of times-always tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. I have the best nights sleep with my Bambillo. I am about to order one for each member of my family I love it so much. Don t know why others don t like them…I turn mine over every night and its perfect.

Waste of money- it doesnt do anything it claims and im still waking up with a sore neck & shoulders & tossing & turning! Cant believe i fell for the ad!

  43. Like sleeping on a rock worst pillow ever

  44. I just bought it and found there is a sheet showing the 8 positions with delivery but no instructions how to make them.
As this type of pillow is new to me that I called up the customer care for the inquiry but was treated like I was stupid enough not know how to make the positions…
I have not used it yet but then received such treatment when making a simple query… – a lesson to learn for others requiring support when buying products from the TV shop…

  45. I have just spoken to a advertorial company in Australia, they are not a cheap Pillow @ $180 each.

  46. I have 2 and they went lumpy within 3 weeks, when i tried to get in contact with head office they said it was up to the stall I bought it at to replace it. When I went back to the location I bought them at suprise suprise the stall was nowhere to be found no fowarding number.. nothing. Beware when your buying at a stall/shop cause im told different franchisees source them from different suppliers.

  47. Is the Bambillo site gone??? How do I order it??

  48. Am always a bit skeptical about buying things from tv commercials, but have to say we really do like these pillows. We were both using two pillows to get the height we needed, but we now only need the one bambillo pillow. Not sure why others don’t like it, but then we are all different.

  49. Does not work…they make it look like a miracle. Don’t buy

  50. Has anyone tried the Bambillo pillow? Is it any good?

    • My husband was given one as a gift and really likes it. I purchased a small one through a different place online and really love mine as well.
Things to do before using your bambillo:
      1. Beat up ,shake pummel a lot to break up foam inside
      2. Leave somewhere for few days til the chemical smell disperses
      3. I give my pillow a pummel to fit how I want to sleep.
      4. Enjoy.

      • You should not have to air it out to get rid of toxic smell! Obviously this pillow and its contents is not fit for human or animal use, it may cause cancer for all you know!

      • Hi All.

    • Just recently bought it from Auckland home show.

Its a false and misleading advertising, my one went lumpy within 2 weeks,

Please don’t waste you money. IT DOES NOT WORK.

      • Oniel, i agree with you. The shredded foam they talk about is only crumbed foam. e.g. waste foam off cuts put through a shredding machine. The foam is of all different densities, so every pillow will be different. I work in the furniture industry and I would never sleep on a shredded foam pillow, they are just uncomfortable. As for the bamboo properties, the cover is made from viscose. A by product of bamboo mixed with chemicals.

    • Yes I had two pillows. They were very high and hard. I opened each pillow to
take some of the filling out and found what looked like old torn up foam.
I could not get a decent sleep after many adjustments to the filling.
I finally gave them away to a used furniture shop.
